Strategic Account Architect for Retail CPG Growth
Responsibilities
- Work with accounts sales teams to define the commercial strategy; prioritize sales initiatives based on pain points, value creation potential, and customers’ strategic priorities
- Build and deliver compelling Investment Justifications to secure Customers’ funding for Salesforce solutions. Work closely with account teams and customers to identify, analyze and articulate key business value drivers
- Develop and refine industry-specific executive content (e.g., points of view, value cases, presentations) for our executive customers and prospects in the Retail CPG industry
- Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers’ businesses at scale
- Put together attractive deal structures and articulate the value of our proposals
- Create and deliver C- level compelling propositions as basis for strategic technology and investment decisions
- Articulate strategic and industry insights to support sales team in identifying the best playgrounds to grow and present at key events
- Support the acceleration strategy of our Agentforce solutions by driving insights and recommendations where agents could create value for our clients
- Collaborate closely with all the sales and pre-sales team to make our proposals attractive and compelling
Experience & Skills
- Profile: Experience in a Strategy Consulting Firm or a similar role in a Tech environment. Experience in the Retail CPG industry, at a strategy, industry or high-growth SaaS company.
- Executive Presentations & Influence: Strong presentation skills, with experience developing decks conveying quantified and actionable insights and recommendation to CxOs. Demonstrates high EQ and tact while influencing, negotiating, and navigating productively through conflict. Must be a self-starter, high energy
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical & problem solving skills essential. Strong quantitative and Business understanding capabilities to articulate business cases. Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with experience developing and understanding models and analyzing complex datasets.
- Managing Ambiguity: Ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment, demonstrating consistent ability to set a vision, prioritize, cut through noise, and execute through ambiguity. Comfortable working with limited information and asking questions.
- Consultative selling: Strong appetite to work in a consultative strategic selling environment. Strong ability to collaborate with different teams (Sales, Solution Engineer, Architect, FDE, Partners, etc.)
- Interest & Quality: Strong inclination to Technology including AI & Enterprise Software industry. Is consistently accurate and delivers high-quality work on time
