Overview

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, focusing on driving customer success with AI-powered solutions. This role is part of the Customer Office and the Business Value Services (BVS) team, supporting the Retail CPG business unit in France. The team collaborates with sales leadership and executives to define account strategies, deliver executive value propositions, and develop complex deal structures for large accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Work with account sales teams to define the commercial strategy; prioritize sales initiatives based on pain points, value creation potential, and customers’ strategic priorities
  • Build and deliver Investment Justifications to secure customers’ funding for Salesforce solutions; identify, analyze and articulate key business value drivers
  • Develop industry-specific executive content (points of view, value cases, presentations) for executive customers and prospects in Retail CPG
  • Articulate how our solutions will digitally transform customers’ businesses at scale
  • Put together attractive deal structures and articulate the value of proposals
  • Create and deliver C-level propositions as a basis for strategic technology and investment decisions
  • Articulate strategic and industry insights to support the sales team in identifying growth opportunities and presenting at key events
  • Support acceleration of Agentforce solutions by driving insights and recommendations on where agents can create value for clients
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to make proposals attractive and compelling

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a Strategy Consulting Firm or similar role in a tech environment; experience in Retail CPG, at a strategy, industry, or high-growth SaaS company
  • Executive Presentations & Influence: strong presentation skills, ability to convey quantified insights and recommendations to CXOs; high EQ and tact; self-starter and energetic
  • Strong Analytical Skills: quantitative and business understanding to articulate business cases; experience in data analysis and modeling
  • Managing Ambiguity: able to work in a fast-paced environment, set a vision, prioritize, and execute with limited information
  • Consultative selling: ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Engineer, Architect, Partners, etc.)
  • Interest in technology including AI and enterprise software; consistently accurate with high-quality work delivered on time
