Store Manager - 'The Ordinary' - Le Marais, Paris

Full‑time Store Manager – Paris (Le Marais)

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage day‑to‑day operations at our first DECIEM store opening in the historic Marais district.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead and supervise store staff, overseeing sales, operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
• Motivate and coach teams to achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Manage daily and monthly sales reporting and revenue tracking for the Area Sales Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members in partnership with Recruitment and leadership teams.
• Conduct team briefings, 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Handle employee relations matters and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee store scheduling, payroll adjustments, attendance systems, and PTO management.
• Ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management, POS systems, omnichannel services, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain high visual merchandising, health & safety, and operational standards across the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while building community partnerships, supporting events, and driving brand engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of retail or customer service experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or people‑management role.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GSuite and retail systems is an advantage.
