Store Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Contributes to improving the store's economic and commercial performance
• Monitors and analyzes management indicators (KPIs)
• Optimizes store profitability
• Ensures compliance with administrative procedures
• Leads the implementation of national audit action plans
• Develops employees' skills and performance

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or Management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Good listening skills and a pedagogical approach; ability to coach
• Ability to build team cohesion and motivate colleagues
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented
