Store Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Contribute to improving the store's commercial and financial performance
• Monitor and analyze management indicators: margin, operating result, shrinkage rate
• Optimize the store's profitability
• Ensure compliance with administrative procedures
• Lead customer satisfaction action plans

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business/Management (Bac+4/5) or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Good listening skills and ability to coach
• Ability to engage and unite team members
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Proactive with the ability to propose improvements
