Store Director

We are supporting our client, a leading global luxury brand, to join their flagship location in Paris as Store Director on a permanent contract.

This flagship is an exclusive, experience led destination. The store blends high touch service, private appointments and elevated hospitality. As Store Director, you will oversee the full operational, commercial and service delivery of the site, ensuring excellence at every level.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading and motivating a large team to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence

• Managing the overall commercial performance of the store and identifying growth opportunities

• Ensuring a seamless and premium client experience that reflects the brand’s values

• Overseeing daily operations with a focus on organisation, efficiency and high standards

• Building strong relationships with cross functional partners to align on business priorities

• Supporting talent development through coaching, training and succession planning

• Monitoring store presentation, service levels and operational processes to ensure consistency

• Acting as a brand ambassador and hosting exclusive client moments and high profile visits

The successful candidate will

• Have experience in luxury or premium retail, either in fashion or beauty

• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive performance

• Offer exceptional people leadership skills and a collaborative management approach

• Possess excellent client service standards suited to international luxury clientele

• Be fluent in English and French

This is a permanent contract based full time in their central Paris flagship.
