Client Advisor – Luxury Beauty & Fragrance - Paris

Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a luxury heritage beauty and fragrance brand on the appointment of two Client Advisors to join their Paris team across prestigious locations.


We are recruiting one position based within Paris’s flagship luxury department store, and another within the brand’s boutique, both on a full-time basis. The Client Advisor will report directly to the Store Manager and operate as part of a small, close-knit team of 2–3 people.


The Role


  • Deliver an exceptional client experience rooted in luxury service, acting as a true ambassador of the brand’s legacy and values
  • Consistently achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets on a monthly and annual basis
  • Implement sales and service strategies under the direction of the Store Manager
  • Reach and exceed individual KPIs through outstanding customer service and high standards in sales execution
  • Educate clients with detailed product knowledge and share the brand's rich heritage to create a memorable in-store experience
  • Maximise cross-selling opportunities across the full product assortment
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, capturing and managing data via the company CRM system
  • Execute the company’s selling ceremony to ensure a consistent and elevated service experience
  • Adopt and promote an omni-channel approach to service and sales
  • Stay informed on beauty trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain expert-level industry knowledge
  • Address client enquiries and manage after-sales service and returns with professionalism
  • Support stockroom organisation, stock management and daily boutique operations
  • Maintain product displays and boutique visual merchandising in line with brand standards
  • Follow security, operational and reporting procedures as outlined by company policies
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment by working closely with colleagues and management


Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role; experience in luxury retail and/or beauty is preferred
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for luxury and beauty
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a dynamic retail environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with luxury selling ceremonies and the client discovery process is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach
