Startup Ops Intern (Events)

Jurnee is a startup who orchestrates global team events for fast-growing, distributed companies like HiBob, Preply, and Dojo.

Our customers run hundreds of events each year across 75+ locations, using Jurnee as a centralized system to manage events consistently and at scale. We operate thousands of events annually for global teams, enabling repeatable, high-quality experiences across multiple offices and countries.

Founded by early Aircall employees and backed by UK VCs Angular Ventures and Founders Factory, Jurnee is building the operating layer for events in modern companies.

The Role

As an Operation Event intern, you’ll join the operations team and play a key role in executing events across multiple geographies. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of operations, coordination, and partner management, in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

Event Execution

• Support the operations team in the end-to-end execution of eventsSource, coordinate, and communicate with event providers across different locations
• Ensure timelines, details, and operational requirements are met
• Help deliver a smooth experience from initial request to event completion

Offering & Providers

• Contribute to maintaining and improving the event catalog
• Build and maintain relationships with event providers
• Proactively suggest new experiences, formats, or optimizations when relevant

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable working with people, partners, and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using tools, internal systems, and process-driven workflows
• Familiar with how global or fast-growing companies operate
