Stagiaire USP - Stage en Bioproduction 6 mois (F/H/X)

Six-month internship in upstream processing at a biopharmaceutical facility in France, focusing on integration and qualification of two 2,000 L single-use bioréactors within a regulated production environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment qualification, documentation, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in integration of two 2,000 L bioréactors into production facility
• Support equipment qualification activities and verification of production suitability
• Develop, update, and deploy standard operating procedures and related documentation
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from qualification trials and equipment testing
• Identify operational challenges and support implementation of improvement plans

Requirements

• Final-year engineering student or equivalent in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, or related field
• Interest in biopharmaceutical production processes and cell culture operations
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in French and professional English
• Experience with GMP environments, bioreactor operations, or Excel preferred
