Stagiaire USP - Stage en Bioproduction 6 mois (F/H/X)

AbbVie seeks a final-year engineering student for a 6-month internship in bioproduction, focusing on integration and qualification of 2,000 L single-use bioreactors in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Bordeaux.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of two 2,000 L bioreactors into the production facility
• Participate in equipment qualification activities and verify suitability for production needs
• Draft, update, and deploy operational procedures and documentation for bioreactor use
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from qualification trials and testing activities
• Identify operational challenges and contribute to improvement plans with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Final-year engineering student or equivalent in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, or related field
• Interest in biopharmaceutical production processes and cell culture operations
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with attention to equipment qualification details
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous work approach with team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in French and professional English; strong technical writing abilities
• Knowledge of GMP environments, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, or data analysis tools preferred
