Missions

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager Intern to join one of our squad, dedicated to serve the needs of our Web Experimentation solution customers.

You will be responsible for building the best solutions to provide a perfect user experience for users creating, configuring or managing A/B Tests or Personalizations.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• understand and analyze customer needs, through user meetings, workshops and data analysis
• continuously monitor market needs (US/UK centered first)
• identify new features based on your user knowledge and your market knowledge
• contribute to the definition of the roadmap of your squad and manage the product backlog
• design solutions to create an incredible user experience on our tool: develop use cases scenarios, create wireframes and deliver detailed product specifications for the developers.
• participate in the QA recipe of your projects
• evaluate the impact of the actions carried out by your sprint

Profile

We’d love to meet someone who:

• is fluent in French (C1 level minimum) and a very good command in English
• has a Degree in New Technologies, Computer Science, Statistics, UX Design or any other digital course.
• is a user centric problem solver: you know how to transform complex needs into simple, functional and aesthetic solutions!
• knowledge in HTML, CSS and JS, with the ability to communicate with an engineering team on technical topics
• understands how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders (Technical partners, Customers, Sales, Customer Success Managers)
• has exceptional written and oral communication skills
• is data oriented
• ideally know how to use some tools we highly value: Mixpanel, Productboard, Figma, Google Suite, and Appcues

Duration : 6 months internship with an internship agreement provided by your school/ university
