Your mission
You will join the Product Knowledge team, responsible for creating, managing, and delivering resources for acquiring knowledge and skills related to Fluid Topics. This includes reference documentation, knowledge base, and high-quality instructional and training materials. As Fluid Topics continues to grow and succeed, we are planning to expand our team by adding a dedicated Instructional Designer.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify, collect, and organize valuable knowledge from various sources. Collaborate and sync with technical writers and subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Lead workshops with customer-facing teams and ensure the knowledge base is accurate and up to date.
- Develop and manage the user education delivery strategy.
- Transform complex content into clear, concise, and user-friendly pieces of information.
- Identify opportunities to improve user autonomy through new formats (interactive, AI-assisted), channels, workflows, and processes.
- Ensure that all content is integrated, searchable, AI-ready and designed around actual user needs.
- Promote a “content as a product” mindset: ensure content is maintained, evaluated, continuously enhanced, and effectively scaled throughout its lifecycle.
- Lead content usability reviews and set standards for tone, format, and structure – to make all assets more actionable and accessible.
- Analyze content usage and feedback for gaps.
What you bring
- 5+ years of work experience in instructional design, learning & development, customer education, or related field within a SaaS company.
- A master’s degree in instructional design, information management, technical communication, or equivalent is required.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English is required.
- Experience designing and implementing innovative learning systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong grasp of pedagogical principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy)
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (PO, engineers) to create user-centric content.
- Strong analytical and technical skills in identifying content gaps and implementing improvements to documentation and training materials.
- Enjoy improving the way people learn.
- Deep interest in AI-related subjects and willingness to explore new ones.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation.
- Strong relational and communication skills in an international environment.
