As a Recruiter , you will be joining an international team in Paris in order to manage data driven sourcing strategies, selection processes and employer branding initiatives in EMEA. To be successful in this position you must feel at ease liaising with high level stakeholders and clients, be detail-oriented and have a passion for finding new talents to contribute to CWT's growth.

Manage recruitment assignments across EMEA

• Your role is to define targeted candidate profile with internal clients
• You also implement data driven sourcing strategies
• Select candidates and present shortlist to hiring managers
• Follow up and coordinate recruitment assignments until the final decision is made with a consultative approach.

Analysis

• Produce monthly EMEA dashboards (follow up on KPIs such as volume, time to fill, costs...)
• We want you to build sourcing strategies for specific markets
• Research and follow market trends.

Qualifications

• You are fluent both in English and French. Another European language is a strong plus
• Master’s degree in preparation in HR, marketing or communication
• You have a first internship experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of Adobe suite (Indesign, Photoshop)
• MS office
• Abilities to evolve within a multicultural environment
• Great sense of organization
• You pay strong attention to details
