Responsibilities

• Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work

• Managing and monitoring incoming maintenance requests with the help of services providers

• Regular properties checklist/reporting

• Researching and sourcing competitive bids from various service providers, such as insurers, cleaning companies, technicians

• Placing orders for materials

• Communication with tenants

• Representing the company to tenants

• Participating in the opening of new properties

• Market research

• Cost killing (energies, optimization of maintenance processes
