Colive in Paris is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smooth operation of our residences. You will contract and supervise repairs, manage maintenance requests, and contribute to opening new properties with market research.

You excel at communication with tenants (FR + EN) by phone, email, or in person, and you bring ingenuity, problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit to optimize energy use and maintenance processes.
