WHO ARE WE?
WE ARE ONA is a creative studio specializing in the design and production of 360° culinary experiences in France and internationally. Based in Paris and New York, we collaborate with prestigious brands, primarily in luxury, fashion, art, and the broader creative industries.
Founded by Luca Pronzato in 2019, a sommelier and restaurateur previously working at NOMA Copenhagen, WE ARE ONA was born from the traditional fine dining scene, with the ambition to explore innovative ways of creating culinary events: from strategy and concept, to design and production.
With our network of creative partners and a unique community of food talents, we design tailor-made experiences for our clients, including some of the most iconic brands from the luxury and artistic industries.
Pop-Ups
The WE ARE ONA team sets up pop-up restaurants in the most unique settings worldwide, giving creative freedom to young renowned chefs, in partnership with local suppliers.
Destinations include France, Italy, Turkey (in the Kaplankaya domain), Switzerland (Basel, Zermatt), Portugal, and Mexico. WE ARE ONA Pop-ups follow the cultural and artistic fairs, from the Biennale in Venice, Art Basel in Basel, Miami, Hong-Kong and Paris, the Salone del Mobile in Milan to Les Rencontres de la Photographie in Arles.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to WE ARE ONA’s Founder & Creative Director, Luca Pronzato, to support him across daily operations, organization, communication, and creative projects. Working closely with Luca, you will be responsible for keeping his schedule, projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Scope of work :
Administrative & organizational support
Manage emails, calls and correspondence
Coordinate calendars, meetings and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, briefings and meeting notes
Organize and track administrative documents
Track expenses, payments and reimbursements
Project & Event Support
Assist with production, communication and coordination across projects
Travel & logistics
Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation and itineraries
PR, Social Media & Community
Coordinate content planning and scheduling
Manage comments, DMs and community engagement
Research and archive press coverage related to WE ARE ONA
Collaborate with our PR Agency

You look for
Being autonomous in your tasks and hands-on from day 1 in the booming atmosphere of a growing company
Being at the core of the food industry and understanding how the business between food & brand works these days.
No two days being the same – from schedules and travel to events, communication and creative projects
What we expect
Highly organized, rigorous, and structured, with a strong attention to detail
Autonomous, proactive and able to anticipate needs
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Experience in PR, communications, social media and/or partnerships
A strong sensitivity for food, fashion, design and luxury
A good eye for aesthetics and strong editorial sensibility
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
Warm, discreet and confident when dealing with stakeholders
Background
Marketing & communication school, Business school with communication/marketing related field // CELSA
Experience in PR, communications, fashion or creative industries
Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator or similar role is a plus
Excellent English required, French is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
Start Date: October, 1st, 2026
Location: Paris (6th Arrondissement)
Contract: 6 months internship
