Dans le cadre du renforcement de la performance de nos établissements, nous recherchons un stagiaire pour contribuer à la structuration et à l’exploitation des données ainsi qu’à la fiabilisation de nos outils de pilotage.

Les données existent. L’enjeu aujourd’hui est de les exploiter pleinement et de les transformer en véritables outils d’aide à la décision pour les équipes terrain.

Votre mission : participer à la mise en place d’un pilotage clair, pertinent et orienté action.**Vos responsabilités :**Au contact direct des équipes opérationnelles, vous serez amené à :

• Identifier les besoins en indicateurs et en suivi d’activité
• Définir et formaliser des KPI pertinents
• Structurer et fiabiliser les sources de données
• Mettre en place des extractions et tableaux de bord
• Concevoir des reportings simples, lisibles et orientés décision
• Accompagner le déploiement des outils auprès des établissements
• Contribuer à une démarche d’amélioration.**Profil recherché :**
• Etudiant en dernière année d’école d’ingénieur (ou équivalent)
• Appétence forte pour la data et le pilotage de performance
• Esprit analytique, structuré et orienté résultats
