As well as the relevant skills and experience, we're looking for people who are innovative, commercial and value the work that they do.Job DescriptionNous recherchons un(e) stagiaire dejuillet à décembre 2026 (6 mois) au sein de notre département Corporate Immobilier / Environnement.L’EQUIPELe département Corporate Immobilier / Environnement compte 1 Associé , 1 counsel et 2 Collaborateurs et intervient en droit privé et en droit public, sur l’ensemble des activités du secteur immobilier tant en conseil qu’en contentieux pour le compte d’industriels, de fonds d’investissement, foncières cotées ou promoteurs.Notre équipe accompagne ces acteurs dans le cadre d’acquisitions et de cessions immobilières, financements immobiliers, baux commerciaux, opération de promotion immobilière, droit de l’environnement (remise en état de sites industriels, cessation d’activité, etc) et urbanisme (permis de construire, projet d’aménagement, etc).LE STAGE PROPOSEMissionsDans le cadre du stage proposé, le/la stagiaire pourra notamment être amené(e) à effectuer des recherches juridiques dans nos domaines d’intervention, participer à la rédaction de consultations juridiques et de contrats, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, participer à des opérations d’acquisition ou de cession (audit, rapport d’audit, documentation contractuelle) et, de façon plus générale, assister les collaborateurs et les associés dans la gestion quotidienne des dossiers.ProfilEtudiant(e) en droit ayant un profil, publiciste ou privatiste, orienté en droit de l’immobilier ou en droit de l’environnement (diplôme ou stage). Le/la candidat(e) devra avoir un niveau Master 2 (en cours ou diplômé).Les doubles formations (école de commerce, IEP, formation LLM) et la maitrise de l’anglais sont également appréciées.CANDIDATURESVous êtes intéressé/es ?
