Today, we are looking for a Customer Service Lead to join us and be part of the daily life at Monsieur TSHIRT.
Responsibilities
- Managing client relations via phone and email: customer advice and after‑sales service, resolving disputes to keep clients satisfied.
- Handling returns, exchanges and problematic orders at the production workshop.
- Understanding and solving bottlenecks for BtoC orders along the production chain.
- Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction (front‑office, logistics…).
- Adding product pages to the site.
- Reporting on satisfaction KPIs and providing analysis.
- Enhancing information flow between the workshop and after‑sales, and vice‑versa.
- Driving projects to evolve current tools.
- Proposing ideas to create an exceptional customer experience.
Bordeaux (Lormont)
Start date: flexible – depending on your school.
Contract: internship 3 – 6 months.
Compensation: 800 € / month.
Profile
- Polyvalent, curious, ambitious and dynamic.
- Rigorously independent.
- Excellent command of spelling and grammar.
- Voice is pleasant on the phone.
- Good elocution.
- Fluent in English; German an advantage.
Must‑Haves
- 100 % in Business School, Bac+4 or Bac+5.
