Today, we are looking for a Customer Service Lead to join us and be part of the daily life at Monsieur TSHIRT.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relations via phone and email: customer advice and after‑sales service, resolving disputes to keep clients satisfied.
• Handling returns, exchanges and problematic orders at the production workshop.
• Understanding and solving bottlenecks for BtoC orders along the production chain.
• Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction (front‑office, logistics…).
• Adding product pages to the site.
• Reporting on satisfaction KPIs and providing analysis.
• Enhancing information flow between the workshop and after‑sales, and vice‑versa.
• Driving projects to evolve current tools.
• Proposing ideas to create an exceptional customer experience.

Bordeaux (Lormont)

Start date: flexible – depending on your school.

Contract: internship 3 – 6 months.

Compensation: 800 € / month.

Profile

• Polyvalent, curious, ambitious and dynamic.
• Rigorously independent.
• Excellent command of spelling and grammar.
• Voice is pleasant on the phone.
• Good elocution.
• Fluent in English; German an advantage.

• 100 % in Business School, Bac+4 or Bac+5.
