Your Future Team

Join our dynamic and innovative team where collaboration is key! As a Sales Operations Assistant, you'll work alongside passionate individuals from various departments such as finance, tech, sales, logistics, and marketing. This cross-functional environment will allow you to leverage diverse insights and experiences, ultimately contributing to the success of our growth initiatives. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our team is equipped for smooth implementations and continuous improvements.

Your missions

- Build new automations and features as CRM project manager to improve seller onboarding process into Zoho CRM
- Maintain, execute & optimize existing Sales Operations operational tasks & reporting routines
- Understand & explain business performances by using data, developing adequate reporting and automated user insights dashboard.
- Create new reports & dashboards with tools like Zoho CRM, Snowflake to analyze sales/sellers performances
- Plan Quarterly process post-mortems and help identify areas for improvements

Expertise We Value

- Bac +4/+5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on
- The ability to synthesize and explain your analyses
- A creative mindset to identify solutions & shortcuts
- Excellent speaking and writing in French and English (all communications & meetings are in English or French)
- Fast and enthusiastic learner
- Coding skills: Experience with Excel and SQL working with large data sets is a plus
Ecommerce experience is a strong plus.
