Your role
Global Junior Product Manager – (temporary contract, maternity leave)
Supports the growth and optimization of a product range, with a strong focus on vanilla and flavors/extracts. Works closely with global teams (EMEA & US) to execute the Product Line strategy, improve value chain efficiency, and strengthen the link between technical development and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and adapting portfolio strategy to market needs.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, supply chain, and sales to support product development and launches in an agile project management mode.
- Contribute to product lifecycle management, pricing/data analysis, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain strong connections with sales teams to support customer needs and commercial goals.
- Participate in innovation projects and help prepare marketing tools and training materials.
- Support market intelligence efforts and competition tracking.
About you
Profile
- Background in engineering (Agro, Chemistry,...).
- 2 years of experience in R&D, technical or product-related roles.
- Comfortable working with data and analytics.
- Knowledge of formulation, especially in flavors and extracts, will be an advantage
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Quick learner, proactive, resourceful.
- Fluent in English (mandatory), French and German are strong assets.
