Mozilla Corporation, the non-profit-backed technology company behind Firefox, is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to support the growth of Firefox Enterprise across France. This is a fully remote position based in France, with a preference for candidates located in the Paris metro area. Occasional travel within France is required, and candidates must be able to occasionally accommodate meetings aligned with US business hours.

The role is highly customer-facing, focused on helping enterprises evaluate, validate, and deploy Firefox Enterprise in secure, complex, and regulated environments. The Staff Solutions Engineer partners with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities, leads technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners, runs workshops with customer stakeholders across security, infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint management, and workplace technology, and owns the technical relationship with customers during and after the sales process.

Specific responsibilities include helping customers evaluate Firefox Enterprise across deployment, policy management, identity integration, logging, and security controls; designing and supporting pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans; validating interoperability across SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxy and network controls, endpoint tooling, certificates and PKI, and browser policy frameworks; identifying and resolving technical risks including application compatibility and policy enforcement; and creating reusable technical assets such as reference architectures and deployment guidance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Staff Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Technical Account Manager role
• Deep knowledge of the French IT landscape, particularly within the public sector, financial services, or critical infrastructure operators (OIVs) preferred
• Strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows enterprise deployment, GPO and MDM policy management, certificates and PKI and TLS and proxies, SSO and MFA and Id

P integrations, SIEM and DLP and CASB ecosystems, and Kubernetes and Helm

• Native-level fluency in French required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
• Willingness to travel within France as needed
