Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack) - Remote Work

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build full-stack platform features using Node.js and React in a Kubernetes-native microservices environment.
• Drive architecture decisions across the platform, ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.
• Establish and promote TypeScript best practices across frontend and backend codebases.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver platform capabilities that support enterprise-scale workflows.
• Lead technical initiatives across teams, influencing how platform products are designed and evolved.
• Mentor engineers and support a culture of engineering quality and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in IT roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and React as a primary full-stack.
• Strong TypeScript depth, including experience with tooling such as webpack, Babel, or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-native platform development.
• Exposure to AI/ML product context at any level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
