Staff ML Engineer — Medical Knowledge Platform

Doctolib is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI team in Levallois-Perret, France. You will help build the Medical Knowledge Platform to ground clinical decisions in verified guidelines and research, and architect retrieval systems that support millions of patients and professionals across Europe.

You will own the complete retrieval pipeline, from indexing to online retrieval, and design systems to handle 100M+ documents with sub-300ms latency and 50+ requests per second.
