Role Overview

As an SRE at VeepeeTech, you will be part of a transversal SRE community and integrated into an agile product team. Your responsibilities include ensuring system reliability and scalability through DevOps practices and sharing knowledge within the SRE community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement tools and processes for deployment and industrialization (CI/CD, blue/green, canary, rollback, etc.).
2. Automate provisioning of resilient infrastructure to meet product needs.
3. Collaborate with development teams for regular releases.
4. Maintain operational services, analyze, and resolve performance and scalability issues.
5. Supervise application portfolio in collaboration with NOC, manage access and security.
6. Participate in evolving the IS, including VMware migration to KVM and reducing technical debt.
7. Promote DevOps best practices and build a transversal SRE community within Veepee.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of industrialization processes, agile methods, gitflow, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Linux; Windows knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with IaC tools: Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad.
• Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Cassandra.
• Knowledge of languages like .Net, Python, or Go is a plus.
• Experience with physical infrastructure tools like Kafka is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
