Job Overview

The Reliability Expert will be responsible for implementing Reliability Workstreams in multiple sites and determine database structural requirements to support the organization's business needs. This position is located in Tlalnepantla or Tecomán.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Maintenance and Reliability
• Lead key reliability themes in the Manufacturing area, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Loss Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+)
• Preventative Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Predictive Maintenance and Work Management Process
• Develop and train Site SME’s in the use of Reliability methodologies/tools
• Engage with multi-functional team including: Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, MT Engineers
• Drive reliability mindset within the organization

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years prior experience in Maintenance & Reliability / production processes / Manufacturing Technology
• Working Knowledge of Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP’s) and Equipment Failure Modes
• Working Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Meridium (Preferred)
