What You Will Do Senior Manager, IBP Demand Planning- Plan to Sustain (Aftermarket) plays a crucial role in leading and executing enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives, including the global deployment of SAP IBP across the aftermarket to optimize business processes and drive operational excellence. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, expertise in ERP and advanced planning systems (APS) and implementation methodologies. In addition the position requires a deep understanding of demand planning/forecasting techniques including various statistical forecasting models including consensus demand planning, event/repair BOM planning, and forecast analysis/improvement. The Senior Manager, IBP Demand Planning Lead on the Plan to Sustain team will play a pivotal role in leading the deployment of IBP in conjunction with SAP S4 that supports RTX's business transformation objectives.
