Your Career
Reporting to the VP of EMEA Marketing, the Senior Director, Marketing - France & Southern EMEA has strategic responsibility for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies across the region. This role acts as the regional marketing leader, driving brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth, and leading a team of marketing professionals in collaboration with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align with global and regional objectives.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to France and Southern Europe & the Middle East region, addressing its unique characteristics and opportunities.
- Act as the trusted business partner to sales and channel executives and own the holistic marketing plan for our segments.
- Conduct market analysis and collaborate with senior leadership to define regional marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5+ marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence in execution.
- Oversee development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to ensure messaging consistency while adapting strategies to regional nuances.
- Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, monitor performance against budget and KPIs, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align marketing with overall business objectives.
- Communicate regularly with regional stakeholders to understand market trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines and adapt global strategies to regional requirements.
- Establish key metrics to measure the success of segment marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for continual improvement.
- Provide regular updates to senior sales leadership on segment marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Experience generating innovative approaches to problems and challenging the status quo.
- Proven success acting as the business partner to sales executives and leading change in times of ambiguity.
- Proven track record as a creative leader willing to be disruptive and initiate positive change.
- Experience running outcome-based ABM and Brand programs to strategic accounts.
- Strong ability to communicate inclusively, ensuring diverse voices are heard and empowered.
- Proven track record of delivering on expectations and getting the job done.
- Ability to see and communicate the big picture with insightful analysis of current and future trends.
- Proven track record of excellence in leadership and team performance.
- Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and budget efficiently with a focus on priorities.
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics and actions to improve conversion and marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings.
- Ability to develop people and coach them for current and future roles.
- Ability to set goals and drive team performance aligned to business priorities, with disciplined performance measurement.
- KPIs and recognition of excellence.
- 15+ years of demonstrated success leading marketing organizations for a tech company, including direct team management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% for the role.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or technology is preferred.
