Department Overview :

Within the Partnerships and Client Events team, your role is to assist the Partnerships and Client Events Manager in the realization and follow-up of the group’s internal and external partnerships and events.

Your Main Tasks

As a Partnerships and Events Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Partnerships and Client Events team in the marketing activation of the group's sports and cultural partnerships (Decathlon CMA-CGM cycling team (50% of your time), Tour de France, Tour de France Femmes with Zwift, 24 Hours of Le Mans, Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, football and rugby clubs, music festivals, etc.)
  • Following up and supporting the ambassadors of our internal sports and wellness program in collaboration with the Quality of Life at Work team.
  • Monitoring hospitality arrangements at our partner events.
  • Assisting in the organization of various event initiatives related to our partnerships.
  • Actively participating in all meetings with internal and external stakeholders for events (group management, service providers, sports partners, agencies, prospects, etc.).
  • Creating digital content as part of our communication campaigns.
  • Coordinate a specific content creators operation on the Tour de France 2026

Required Skills

  • Education Level: M1 or M2 in communication/marketing or business schools.
  • Required Language Proficiency: Native French, fluent English.
  • Proficiency in IT Tools: Yes. If so, which tools: Office Suite, Teams functionalities, Canva; proficiency in one or more Adobe software is a plus.
  • Skills in content creation, social media, photography is a plus
  • Desired/Required Experience: Internship in events/marketing/communication.
  • National travel may be required.
  • Driver's license (B) required.
