  • Have a degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent, at least 5 years’ relevant professional experience, experience in process and/or property project management, as well as advanced English (B2).

What you’ll be doing day to day

As part of the Real Estate team, you will play an active role in ensuring the sustainable performance, compliance and optimisation of IKEA’s property portfolio in the country.

  • Supporting the management of the property asset lifecycle, ensuring safety, compliance, maintenance and innovation to maintain an operational environment suited to the needs of the business, employees and customers.
  • Advise and support property teams in the implementation of asset management activities, ensuring compliance with Ingka standards and local regulations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of property operations by monitoring applicable permits, licences, certificates and legal obligations.
  • Lead and promote the adoption of digital tools, technical innovations and new practices aimed at improving operational efficiency, asset reliability and cost control.
  • Contribute to the processes of defining property objectives and budgeting, including annual planning and the long‑term property plan, whilst assessing the financial impact of property-related decisions.
  • Promote simple, efficient and cost‑effective working methods, and support their roll‑out across teams.
  • Share best practices, foster collaboration between departments and with the Group, and participate in industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Create a working environment underpinned by IKEA’s values, encouraging diversity, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and sustainable performance.

Salary

Between €44,330 and €62,920 per annum depending on experience and skills (gross annual salary including the 13th‑month bonus, based on a full‑time 35‑hour week).
