Main missions / Missions principales :
Needs Assessment / Étude des besoins : In direct collaboration with key users, take into account the initial expression of needs, translate them into general specifications, and present them to the "Business Demand Forum" committee.

Study and Validation of Solutions / Étude et validation des solutions : Supervise the entire detailed specification process, ensure overall functional and technical consistency, write documentation, determine costs, timelines, quality criteria and associated risks, and present the project to the "Unified Demand Board" committee for validation.

Operational Project Management / Pilotage opérationnel des projets : Oversee the implementation project while ensuring adherence to deliverables, budget, and deadlines; ensure rigorous preparation of the solution before its validation by the "Change Advisory Board" for production deployment; identify, assess, and manage risks through appropriate action plans.

Cross-functional Relations / Relations transverses : Collaborate with solution integrators and software publishers; work closely with the Enterprise Functional Architecture team to ensure seamless consistency between solutions; maintain an effective connection with the Run & User Support Manager to facilitate the transition to production and ensure operational quality.

Compétences requises / Skills requirements : Knowledge / Know how: Information Systems expertise in financial information systems and ERP; mastery of project methodologies applied to Finance IS projects; in-depth knowledge of financial processes; experience in information system architecture and integration of financial solutions; ability to work cross-functionally with business, technical, and functional teams.

- Mastery of project methodologies applied to Finance IS projects.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes (accounting, management control, treasury, regulatory reporting).
- Experience in information system architecture and integration of financial solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business, technical, and functional teams.
Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting for financial information systems and/or in Finance Dept.; proven experience in international and multicultural environments.

Qualifications : Higher education in finance or IT (Master’s degree or equivalent); fluency in French and English is essential.
