Responsibilities

As a collective insurer, you will develop and manage collective insurance contracts (prevention, health, life). You analyse needs, assess risks, propose offers with pricing and contract conditions, and participate in finalising contracts within a dynamic team.

• Study and price technical and financial dossiers in prevention and collective health.
• Track the management of collective contracts.
• Participate in drafting contract documents (issuance, amendments).
• Monitor operational implementation, analyse profitability and adjust pricing as needed.
• Set up dashboards to monitor technical results.
• Prepare and present accounts to client managers.
• Support and develop client service quality.
• Maintain and strengthen commercial links with client managers.
• Participate in developing new contracts or products, defining guarantee conditions and pricing norms.
• Conduct a collective market offer watch.
• Contribute to improving analytical tools.
