Solution & Software Architect (m/f/d) – Permanent contract – Massy, France

As a Solution & Software Architect, you act as a key technical leader within the FRED Digital Ecosystem, bridging business strategy, enterprise architecture, and hands‑on software design. Your responsibility is to define end‑to‑end solutions while ensuring technical quality, coherence, and sustainability of systems and software over time. You will work closely with product owners, developers, domain leads, and other architects in an international, cross‑functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate, design and evolve end‑to‑end solution and software architectures aligned with business objectives
• Translate business and non‑functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
• Define and maintain software architecture standards, design patterns, and technical guidelines
• Validate and support development teams on architecture and design decisions
• Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability
• Manage and document system dependencies and application landscape across entities
• Ensure compliance with security, architectural, and governance standards
• Benchmark market solutions and support make‑or‑buy decisions

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, Senior Developer, or Technical Lead
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, system integration, and software architecture
• Solid hands‑on background in software development and code review
• Deep knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and modern architecture
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in an international, cross‑functional environment
• Fluent in English; French and German are a plus
