Solution Engineer – US & UK Markets
Overview
Partner closely with Sales teams to support prospects throughout the pre-sales process. Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives, tailoring each presentation to client needs. Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex opportunities (typically 30+ licenses). Manage and optimize trial accounts to deliver a seamless evaluation experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to align on features, roadmap, and customer feedback. Contribute to webinars, sales enablement sessions, and internal knowledge sharing. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to support the sales organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a SaaS or ATS/HR Tech environment (experience with ATS is a plus)
- Strong technical understanding: API integrations, webhooks, AI features, and the ability to read and interpret code logic
- Comfortable reading technical documentation
- Familiarity with SaaS product workflows and, ideally, telecommunications concepts
- Fluent English (bilingual level required); conversational French is a plus
- Autonomous and proactive — takes initiative and drives progress
