SEO Account Executive (m/f/d)
Role overview
We are looking for a SEO Account Executive to drive new business growth by combining deep technical SEO expertise with consultative SaaS sales.
You will engage with enterprise prospects to understand their challenges, deliver tailored solutions and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Key responsibilities
New business & revenue ownership
Own and manage the full sales cycle (from outbound/inbound to closing)
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities
Engage with enterprise and mid-market accounts (brands, ecommerce, agencies)
Develop relationships with key stakeholders:
Head of SEO
Digital Marketing Directors
Product / Tech teams
Drive revenue growth and quota achievement
Solution selling & product expertise
Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover technical and business challenges
Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases
Position Oncrawl as a strategic solution for SEO and data‑driven decision making
Translate complex features into clear business outcomes (ROI, performance, efficiency)
Technical pre‑sales & value engineering
Conduct technical SEO analyses during the sales process
Leverage crawl and log data insights to identify opportunities
Build and deliver proof‑of‑value / proof‑of‑concept analyses
Support prospects during technical evaluation and validation phases
Enterprise sales execution
Navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders
Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires
Manage long and structured sales cycles
Collaborate on pricing, packaging and deal strategy
Cross‑functional collaboration
Partner closely with:
Customer Success (handover & expansion opportunities)
Marketing (campaigns, lead generation, messaging)
Product (feedback loop, roadmap insights)
Contribute to improving sales assets, demos and positioning
Experience
3–7+ years experience in one of the following:
Technical SEO / SEO consulting
MarTech / SEO SaaS
Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant
Account Executive in a technical SaaS environment
Proven experience in new business acquisition and/or pre‑sales support
Technical skills
Strong expertise in technical SEO:
Crawling & indexation
Log analysis
Website architecture
Rendering & JavaScript SEO
Good understanding of:
Web technologies (HTML, HTTP, JS)
Data analysis (Excel / Sheets / SQL is a plus)
Sales skills
Experience with consultative / solution selling
Ability to manage complex sales cycles
Strong skills in Discovery, Qualification, Value‑based selling and Closing
Soft skills
Strong communication skills (technical & business audiences)
Ability to simplify complex topics
Analytical mindset and problem‑solving approach
Autonomous and results‑driven
Languages
French: fluent
