As a Director within Pega’s Solution Consulting organization, you will lead and inspire a high‑performing team of Solution Consultants across France and the Middle East. Working closely with Sales, Product, Consulting, Partners, and Industry teams, you will play a critical leadership role in helping some of the world’s largest enterprises reimagine how work gets done.
This is a people leadership role for someone who leads from the front—making confident decisions, setting clear direction, coaching talent, and creating the conditions for teams to perform at their best. You will bring strong presales leadership, commercial judgement, and solution vision to complex enterprise engagements, ensuring your team consistently acts as trusted advisors to customers and strategic partners to the business.

What You’ll Do At Pega
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Solution Consultants across France and the Middle East, creating a culture of accountability, confidence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear direction for the team, make sound decisions in complex situations, and lead by example in customer engagements, internal collaboration, and commercial execution.
- Drive presales excellence across complex enterprise opportunities, ensuring your team delivers compelling discovery, solution vision, executive storytelling, and value‑led customer conversations.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to shape regional strategy, account planning, opportunity qualification, deal progression, and executive‑level messaging.
- Support strategic company‑wide initiatives by ensuring your team adopts consistent processes, best practices, and scalable ways of working.
- Identify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and impact across the Solution Consulting function.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, helping them understand how Pega’s agentic AI, workflow orchestration, CRM, and decisioning capabilities can drive measurable business outcomes.
- Guide your team in positioning “the art of the possible,” helping enterprise clients envision new operating models enabled by AI‑driven execution.
- Act as a senior advisor and escalation point across strategic engagements, bringing judgement, confidence, and clarity to high‑pressure or high‑visibility opportunities.
- Foster talent development by coaching individuals on executive presence, solution storytelling, commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and consultative leadership.
Who You Are
- You are an experienced presales leader who knows how to build, coach, and lead high‑performing teams in complex enterprise software environments. You bring confidence, sound judgement, and the ability to make decisions, especially when operating in high‑pressure or ambiguous situations.
- You lead by example and set a high bar for customer engagement, collaboration, and execution. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, supporting strategic deals, and guiding teams through complex sales cycles. You know how to balance people leadership with commercial impact—helping individuals grow while ensuring the business delivers consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
- You are passionate about technology and its business impact, particularly in areas such as AI, automation, workflow, CRM, decisioning, and enterprise transformation. - Business‑level English and French are required.
What You’ve Accomplished
- Significant experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or client‑facing technical presales leadership within enterprise software or platform businesses.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing presales or solution consulting teams across complex enterprise environments.
- A track record of making confident decisions, leading through ambiguity, and supporting teams in high‑pressure, high‑visibility commercial situations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales leadership to shape regional strategy, account plans, deal qualification, opportunity narratives, and executive engagement.
- Experience driving operational improvements that increase consistency, efficiency, quality, and scalability across teams.
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, through consultative, value‑led conversations.
- Strong understanding of how to position automation, AI, decisioning, workflow, CRM, or agentic platforms in an enterprise context.
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation programs, or cross‑functional projects that improve business performance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business vision, technical capability, and commercial outcomes.
- A history of developing talent, raising team capability, and creating an environment where people are empowered, accountable, and able to perform at their best.
