Solution Architect in the context of Extended Enterprise Solutions (h/f)

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Solution Architect to design and build key Extended Enterprise solutions in Marignane, supporting our suppliers, partners, customers and employees with secure, scalable access to information systems and services.

In this role you will live at the heart of Airbus transformation – working across business, IT and innovation domains to define architecture, standards and deliver solutions that enable global, integrated, secure access to applications from every location.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering by working with business teams, IM teams, Airbus divisions and external consultants.
• Define technical design and Extended Enterprise standards, ensuring secure integration.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for the evolution of Airbus Helicopters Extended Enterprise.
• Analyze technological, commercial and technical requirements and contribute to the definition of the technological orientation axes of infrastructure and services.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve scalability, reliability and cost optimisation.
• Support and contribute to digital initiatives, cyber‑security projects and Airbus Group consolidation projects.
• Deliver and deploy Extended Enterprise solution products and services in close collaboration with product managers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong experience in architecture design and overall SI architecture.
• Experience in an IT operational environment, ensuring vision and integration on the IT landscape.
• General IT knowledge – networking, network security, identity & access management, data management.
• Excellent understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented, focus on quality deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Collaboration, teamwork, curiosity and drive to learn.
• Fluency in French (negotiation level) and English (negotiation level).

Additional Information

This position is offered on a local, permanent contract. It involves regular travel within Europe, requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance, and is eligible for benefits commensurate with Airbus Helicopters.
