Social Media & Influence Coordinator

Reports to: Marketing & Media Manager

Scope:

Execute day-to-day operations across social media channels and influencer activations, supporting the brand’s overall digital storytelling strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Calendar: Plan and manage a cross-channel social media calendar, balancing commercial priorities, brand narratives, and key moments such as shows, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Publishing: Schedule and publish content across Lanvin’s social media channels.
  • Community Management: Monitor engagement and manage community interactions.
  • Influencer Activations: Manage all operational aspects of both organic seeding and paid collaborations – from internal shopping to pitching the initiative, casting, negotiating, executing and reporting.
  • Cross-Market Social Media Coordination: Provide assets and guidelines to regions and ensure the global marketing plan is respected on both social and influence fronts.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Press team to gather assets linked to press clippings and VIP dressings; co-manage the flow of samples to ensure both influence and press needs are met.
  • Reporting: Track performance and support the preparation of reports and dashboards across social and influence.
  • Social Ecosystem Monitoring: Monitor developments across existing and emerging platforms; recommend updates to the brand’s ecosystem in line with strategic objectives.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a business school or university, with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, or Media , and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are recognized for your attention to detail, organizational skills, rigor, and curiosity .
  • You have a strong knowledge of European and U.S. digital media brands , as well as expertise in digital KPIs and performance metrics .
  • You are fluent in both French and English and possess excellent writing skills, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and syntax in both languages.
  • You are proactive, able to bring forward ideas and recommendations, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team.
  • You have a solid understanding of the social media landscape , including platform-specific codes and trends, influencers, emerging technologies, and innovations.
