Corporate Communications & PR Project Manager - CDD (M/F)
As part of its growth, Genius is looking for a Corporate Communications & PR Project Manager for a luxury brand (English Fluency required) on a fixed-term contract (CDD).
By joining Genius, you will work on consulting assignments for major CAC 40 and mid-sized companies across various industries.
As part of a renewable 6-month contract, you will join a leading beauty company to manage the brand’s corporate communication projects at an international level.
The role
Corporate & Editorial Communication
Create and structure content around the brand’s corporate priorities (Sustainability, Beauty Tech etc.) for both internal and external use, across all channels
Integrate the brand’s history, heritage, and cultural codes into all corporate communications
Draft speeches, media briefing notes, key messaging, Q&As, and strategic presentations on these topics
Translate and adapt content (FR/EN) and ensure excellent writing quality in both languages
Press relations:
Write press releases and messages for PR purposes
Lead PR for all product launches
Project Management & Coordination
Lead corporate communication projects end-to-end: planning, deliverables, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate corporate topics into various projects (Beauty Tech, Retail, internal initiatives, etc.)
Manage relationships with partners: PR agencies, influencers, creative agencies, post-production, traditional and digital media, on an international scale
Ensure rigorous deadline tracking and anticipate needs to streamline execution
Brand Identity & Image
Ensure consistency with the brand identity: positioning, tone, and visual/verbal coherence across all communications
Contribute to the development or adaptation of corporate guidelines and brand tools (high-quality PowerPoint decks, tone of voice guidelines, etc.)
Location: Levallois-Perret (remote 2 days per week)

Your Profile
You have + 5 years of experience in corporate communications and project management , either within a communications agency, a PR agency, or in a similar in-house role.
You have a strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, and/or luxury industries .
You are bilingual in French and English , both written and spoken.
You have a sense of brand identity , storytelling , and brand heritage .
You are autonomous and agile , with the ability to move projects forward and find effective solutions.
A strong team player , you are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
