Overview
We are seeking a visionary Social Manager, Shark Beauty to lead the development and execution of a best‑in‑class social strategy in France. You will ensure our brand vision and stories reach our target customers, strengthening brand identity, audience, and engagement across all channels, ultimately increasing brand awareness and traffic.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a social content plan that brings key product and brand messaging to life authentically.
- Daily management of all channel operations, publishing and posting across platforms and engaging with the community.
- Drive social media follower growth by aligning the content pipeline with our target customer.
- Own the look and feel of our social channels, ensuring alignment with brand creative vision in aesthetic, copy, tone, and relevancy.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver 360 brand campaigns across product launches, collaborations, and special projects.
- Work closely with online trading and digital marketing, supporting paid formats and media plans.
- Manage social media interactions, ensuring positive customer engagement and service experience; coordinate with customer service to manage community engagement.
- Develop new relationships and manage ongoing partnerships with influencers and ambassadors.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly reporting on social metrics and recommend optimizations using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Report on social trends and lead development of new social marketing initiatives and tools.
Attributes & Skills (Requirements)
- 5+ years of social media content management experience, preferably in beauty, haircare or consumer goods.
- Ability to balance brand equity with business goals while focusing on the customer.
- Social native with deep understanding of all platforms and growth tactics.
- Data‑driven creative, comfortable balancing analytical and creative work.
- Strong collaborator with experience working within a creative or content team.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and deadline driven in fast‑paced environments.
- Growth mindset and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence positively.
- Fluency in French (essential) and strong English language ability.
