Overview
Lead the development and execution of a best‑in‑class social strategy for Shark Beauty in France. Drive audience and engagement growth across all channels, strengthening brand awareness and traffic.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a social content plan to bring product and brand messaging to life authentically.
- Daily management of all channel operations including publishing, posting and community engagement.
- Drive social media follower growth with a content pipeline aligned to target customers.
- Own the look and feel of social channels, aligning copy, tone of voice and visual identity with brand creative vision.
- Collaborate with creative team to deliver 360‑brand campaigns across launches, collaborations and projects.
- Support online trading and digital marketing with paid media formats and plans.
- Manage community engagement and customer service interactions on social channels.
- Build and maintain influencer and ambassador partnerships.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly reporting on metrics, engagement and optimal recommendations. Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Report on social trends and lead new initiatives and tools.
Attributes & Skills (Requirements)
- 5+ years Social Media Content Management experience, preferably within beauty, haircare or consumer goods.
- Balance brand with business with relentless customer focus.
- Deep understanding of all social platforms and growth strategies.
- Data‑driven creative with comfort balancing data and creativity.
- Strong collaborator with experience working in a creative/content team.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, deadline driven and comfortable in fast‑paced environment.
- Growth mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent planning, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence positively.
- Fluency in French essential, strong English language skill.
