Social Assistant (F/H)

Your role is to anticipate and resolve the social difficulties associated with chronic illness and hospitalisation:

• Supporting patients (particularly those with IBD and pain) in the process of adapting their workstation or working part-time.
• Assess the social situation and family support to ensure successful post-operative follow-up.
• Provision of human or material assistance if necessary.
• Building bridges with the CPAM, CAF and social partners in Ajaccio and Corse-du-Sud.

Profile required

• State Diploma in Social Work (DEASS) mandatory .
• Experience of working in a hospital or social security environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of social legislation and healthcare systems.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologist, nurses).
• Excellent writing skills (company reports, briefing notes).
