Duties
- Cardiology consultations and patient follow-up
- Manage and monitor chronic cardiovascular pathologies
- Prescribe and interpret complementary tests in conjunction with the local network
- Coordinate care pathways with nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in the gradual takeover of the practice and ensure continuity of care
