Position
Principal Product Manager – Flight Ops Documentation Management Solutions
Responsibilities
- Define and update the offerability policy and standard statement of work for non‑complex deals.
- Own the documentation management product offering and support commercial teams on complex deals.
- Assess and mitigate technical, functional, and cultural risk during the contracting and implementation phases through Business Process Review.
- Define technical and functional statements of work for complex deals and ensure value is delivered while risks are mitigated.
- Provide expertise during implementation and support phases, including cut‑over support for Tier‑1 airline customers.
- Collaborate with the Flight Deck Portfolio Managers to prioritize product and solution road‑map items based on market insight.
- Contribute to Skywise brand visibility through industry presentations and publication of white papers.
- Support Level3 support teams with prioritization of advanced items and customer escalations.
- Travel up to 20% domestic and international as required.
Qualifications
- Master of Science in Airline Management or equivalent; 5+years of experience in the aviation training industry, airline operations, or operational documentation management.
- Deep operational knowledge of flight operations and airline business functions.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Ability to relate to all levels of an organization and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Organizational skills and a proven “can‑do” attitude to overcome roadblocks.
- Commitment to integrity and compliance with potential regulatory risks.
