What You Will Be Doing
The site P&O Manager manages all People & Organization (P&O) topics and activities for the Acigné site and reports directly to the P&O Business Partner based in Belgium. As local P&O (HR) contact, he / she partners with the site management team and site leaders to build an engaging, safe and great place to work. The site P&O Manager oversees the consistent engagement of P&O (HR) support for the site.
The Following Responsibilities Are In Scope
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and talent attraction for the site
- Develop and implement talent retention, learning, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with global frameworks
- Advise and coach site leaders on people topics, employee relations, and change
- Actively contribute to the site management team and social dialogue (CSE)
- Propose compensation and contract solutions within Total Reward guidelines
- Implement P&O policies and programs, adapting them to local needs
- Ensure compliance with social legislation, QHSE, and Umicore standards

- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and conflict‑handling skills

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating in a global matrix
