Site Industrial Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Prepare elements necessary for reporting, budgeting, business planning and forecasting.
• Track and analyze actual results versus forecasts and budget on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure accuracy of management control information and cost calculation in the site ERP system.
• Guarantee the reliability of the site gross margin and that expenses remain below the margin during the closing process.
• Manage the management control service to ensure the company’s activities are conducted efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with local laws and Valeo group standards.
• Alert the financial controller immediately of significant risks to the company and/or employees.
• Maintain contact with product lines or regional operations, performing tasks necessary to ensure proper functioning of the GPS module.
• Continuously improve knowledge of the IS – day, Academy.
• Approve purchase requests.
• Contribute to the Group’s ethics and compliance program by applying and respecting Valeo’s code of ethics and policies.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 or equivalent with specialization in Management Control, Finance or Audit.
• First experience in industrial management control, or a completed apprenticeship on a production site.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize autonomously.
