Job Summary

We are seeking Site Engineers to support the delivery of large‑scale hyperscale data centre projects (50MW+) across Europe and international markets. Working closely with Construction Managers and Project Teams, you will play a key role in site coordination, quality assurance, and digital integration, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with design and programme requirements.

Responsibilities

• Site coordination execution.
• Support day‑to‑day site operations across civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are executed in line with drawings and specifications.
• Assist in managing site logistics, sequencing, and workface planning.
• Ensure accurate setting out, surveying, and technical support on site.
• Quality assurance compliance – monitor works, conduct inspections, snagging, and verification of completed works; ensure documentation and records are maintained accurately, and support implementation of quality control procedures.
• Health and safety – promote a strong health safety culture on site, ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements, assist in risk assessments and method statement reviews, report and escalate any safety concerns or incidents.
• Programme progress support – work with Planning and Construction teams to track progress against programme, identify potential delays or coordination issues and upscale accordingly, support implementation of short‑term planning and look‑ahead schedules.
• Digital BIM integration – support the use of digital tools, BIM models, and data platforms on site, assist in integrating design models with construction activities (4D where applicable), ensure accurate capture of site data for reporting and analysis, contribute to digital workflows and process improvements.
• Stakeholder coordination – liaise with contractors, supervisors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery, attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and issues, maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.

Experience Required

• 3–8 years’ experience in a Site Engineer role.
• Experience on data centre / mission critical / MEP‑intensive projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors on site.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
