Program Site Directors & Associate Directors

Associate Directors are in a leadership development position reserved specifically for those who are working toward the position of Program Site Director. Associate Director positions are full-time. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour.

Program Site Directors are responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of an individual school‑based program site. They supervise the Assistants, Caregivers, Enrichment Instructors, and Associate Directors. They work directly with children, families, school faculty, and staff. The position is full-time. The starting pay is $26 per hour, plus full‑time benefits.

Responsibilities

Program Site Directors supervise and develop caregivers and associate directors, communicate with families, build relationships with the school, and oversee all program activities.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• OR a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 1 year of experience
• OR an AA degree/2 years of college and two years experience
• OR a high school diploma and 3 years of experience

Locations

We have 10 program locations: Arroyo Del Oso, Bandelier, Double Eagle, Georgia O'Keeffe, Inez, Hubert Humphrey, John Baker, North Star, Osuna, and Sombra Del Monte Elementary Schools.

Staff placement decisions are made based on the best interests of the children and the program. Staff preferences for placement are granted whenever possible.

Hours of Operation

We operate from 7 AM—6 PM, Monday to Friday, whenever school is not in session (excluding national holidays). A variety of staffing schedules are considered.
