Position: Site Closure Manager (Onshore Wind Farm)

Job type: Temporary contract

Location: France + multiple projects across Mediterranean region

Job Description

Site Closure Manager (Hands‑on / Field Execution Focus)

• Participate in customer inspections
• Review, validate, and track the official punch list (Upvise)
• Execute directly simple on‑site actions (stickers, cleaning, minor fixes, adjustments)
• Define resolution strategy: self‑perform, MT1 team, or subcontractor
• Coordinate interventions, materials, and suppliers when required
• Monitor progress and ensure high‑quality finishing aligned with customer expectations
• Drive closure until Final Acceptance and support holdback release
• Act as a hands‑on, solution‑oriented field resource focused on fast closure

Area

MED Region (France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Greece) – High mobility required: weekly site changes depending on needs.

HSE, Training & Certifications

• Valid medical certificate
• GWO (Fire Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling, Working at Heights)
• Hailo & 3S lift training
• Electrical certifications
• All mandatory local trainings where applicable

Equipment Required

• Full PPE (helmet, harness, safety gear, etc.)
• Vehicle with tools and safety equipment
• Mobile phone

Additional Requirements

• Good level of French is preferred but not mandatory
