- Excellent understanding of Field Service business processes
- Strong expertise in Salesforce and ServiceMax
- Classic: Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceMax configuration, architecture, and development
- Experience in designing scalable ServiceMax solutions and customizations
Responsibilities
- Provide solution design and technical guidance for ServiceMax implementations and customizations
- Work closely with customers to analyze and resolve ServiceMax‑related issues and business requirements
- Design and develop solutions leveraging ServiceMax capabilities to support critical business functions
- Ensure solutions align with project objectives, customer goals, and business requirements
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions
- Perform system configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting
